Test no estresante en gestantes a término y la vía de culminación del parto. Hospital de Cangallo - Ayacucho – 2021
Abstract
El monitoreo fetal electrónico es una técnica utilizada durante el embarazo para evaluar la salud y el bienestar del feto. Consiste en la medición continua de la frecuencia cardíaca fetal y las contracciones uterinas, con la finalidad de detectar cualquier signo de sufrimiento fetal o complicaciones. El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de conocer los resultados de la monitorización cardiotocográficos del Test No Estresante y su relación con la vía de culminación del parto en gestantes a término atendidas en el Hospital de Apoyo de Cangallo mediante una investigación aplicada, transversal, retrospectiva, con diseño no experimental y correlacional; donde se evaluó a una muestra de 180 grávidas, determinándose los siguientes resultados: Del 100%(180) gestantes evaluadas con el test no estresante, el 81,1%(146) tuvo como resultado un feto activo reactivo, de las cuales 46,7%(84) tuvieron parto vaginal y el 34,4%(62) fueron cesareadas. Asimismo, el 15,6% (28) resultaron con feto activo no reactivo, de ellas el 11,7% (21) terminaron su gestación con una cesárea y el 3,9% (07) por vía vaginal. El 81,1% de las gestantes con evaluación cardiotocográfica tuvieron como resultado un feto activo reactivo por lo cual sus fetos presentaron un buen Apgar al minuto y a los 5 minutos de 7 a 10. En conclusión, se halló una asociación significativa con un p<0.05 entre los resultados de la monitorización cardiotocográficos del Test no Estresante y el método de parto en gestantes a término atendidas en el Hospital de Apoyo de Cangallo.
