La presente investigación tiene por objetivo. Identificar los factores asociados de la actitud de las madres frente a la estimulación temprana de niños menores de 5 años del programa de CREO del hospital Carlos Showing Ferrari. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo - analítico, prospectivo y de corte transversal. Se entrevistó 100 madres de niños menores de 5 años. Se han obtenido los siguientes resultados. De los factores sociodemográficos la edad, nivel de instrucción, el estado civil está asociado a la actitud de las madres ante la estimulación temprana de sus niños, con un valor del Chi2 de 13.007, 24.711 Y 11.218 sucesivamente. De los factores culturales la influencia social y el nivel de conocimiento están asociados a la actitud de las madres ante la estimulación temprana, que alcanzaron un valor del Chi2 de 5.692 y 4.609 sucesivamente. Y en los factores económicos la ocupación y el ingreso económico se asocian a la actitud de las madres ante la estimulación temprana con un valor Chi2 de 20.810 Y 56.225 recíprocamente. Se concluye que: Las características sociodemográficos, culturales y económicos, son factores que se asocian a las actitudes de las madres en el desarrollo y crecimiento de sus hijos.
