Diseño de un sistema de cloración a gas para mejorar la calidad de agua en la red de abastecimiento, en zonas rurales de la región Huánuco
Abstract
El objetivo principal de esta investigación es mejorar la calidad del agua en las zonas rurales de la región Huánuco, mediante un diseño de sistema de cloración a gas que permita una buena dosificación, distribución y comportamiento de cloro residual en las viviendas de la red de agua potable y garantizar agua segura para el consumo humano, fue fundamental determinar los parámetros fisicoquímicos, microbiológico, parasitológico y metales totales de agua que permitió una dosificación adecuada y lograr el cloro residual óptima acorde a los estándares de calidad para el consumo humano. La metodología es de enfoque cuantitativo de alcance explicativo y diseño Pre experimental, los estudios que abarque son en campo, laboratorio y análisis documental. En el diseño de un sistema de cloración a gas, los procedimientos fueron inspección hidráulica y estructural de la captación, monitoreo del cloro residual, inspección de la red de distribución, aforo del caudal, recolección de la muestra de agua, revisión de padrón de usuarios, elaboración de plano clave, diseño, dosificación, calibración y revisión de las normativas. Los resultados muestran en las viviendas de la zona alta el cloro residual libre varían entre 1.43 mg/l y 0.82 mg/l, los niveles de cloro incidencia en el olor y sabor fuerte del agua generando el rechazo de los usuarios, con el diseño de un sistema a gas se logra optimizar una mejor distribución de agua clorada en la red de abastecimiento a mayor distancia menor perdida de cloro, el mantenimiento es cada 90 días, la recarga de cloro cada 30 días logrando la reducción de costo de mano de obra en operación y mantenimiento, peso del material es de 6.00 lb, volumen de agua clorada 64800 l/d. Respecto al monitoreo de cloro residual en la verificación del cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de agua para consumo humano se logró que las viviendas de zona alta y media los niveles de cloro están dentro parámetro (1.00 mg/l- 0.30 mg/l) En conclusión, la dosificación de hipoclorito de calcio en las viviendas de la zona alta tiene mucha incidencia en olor y sabor fuerte sobrepasa los niveles de 1.00 mg/l y genera el rechazo de la población. Al 95% de NC el diseño de un sistema a gas logra mejorar significativamente la calidad del agua para el consumo humano a 12.50 % mayor optimizando la funcionalidad, durabilidad y de un mejor comportamiento de cloro en operación y mantenimiento.
