Objetivo: determinar la correlación entre las actividades y tiempos empleados por los enfermeros durante el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo de Niños en Establecimientos de Salud – Huánuco, 2023. Metodología: diseño tipo correlacional, observacionaldescriptivo, transversal, prospectivo; la población de estudio está conformada por 30 enfermeros(as) de cuatro establecimientos de salud. Se utilizó la prueba estadística no paramétrica, Rho de rangos de Spearman para correlacionar las variables. Resultado: se evidenció correlación estadística, positiva moderada y significativa (rho= 0,559, p=0,001) entre las actividades de enfermería y el tiempo empleado en los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo. Por lo tanto, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis de investigación. Asimismo, se obtuvo del total de la población evaluada que el 84,7% cumplen con la realización de actividades de acuerdo a lo estipulado en la norma técnica de salud N°137, y un tiempo promedio de atención de 21 min con 45 seg, resaltando un tiempo insuficiente con respecto a la normativa peruana, sin embargo, en contraste a la Norma de Gestión de la Calidad del Cuidado Enfermero la atención integral del niño menor de un año debe ser un aproximado de 20 min. Conclusión: la ejecución correcta y completa de actividades de enfermería, según norma técnica de salud N° 137 del ministerio de salud, determina un mayor uso de tiempo en los controles de crecimiento y desarrollo en niños. De la misma manera, un tiempo suficiente equivaldrá a una atención de calidad.
