Módulo de vivienda ecológica sustentable con material reciclado para mejorar la calidad de vida de los pobladores de Matibamba-2022
Abstract
A nivel internacional, se han encontrado edificaciones que emplean materiales reciclables como botellas de plástico, vidrio, neumáticos, entre otros. En términos generales, se ha observado que estas construcciones exhiben una buena durabilidad estructural, resultan económicas y son respetuosas con el medio ambiente. En el caso específico del diseño de un módulo de vivienda con materiales reciclables en el centro poblado de Matibamba, se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico de las necesidades de los usuarios mediante encuestas. Una vez procesada la información recopilada, se logró identificar los espacios y áreas esenciales para la vivienda. Posteriormente, se evaluaron los materiales reciclables más apropiados para cada elemento estructural, dando preferencia a botellas plásticas y neumáticos. Además, el sistema constructivo se basó en el uso de tierra, aprovechando sus ventajas ecológicas. También se estimó el costo de construcción por metro cuadrado. Finalmente, con los datos recabados, se llevó a cabo la programación arquitectónica, la zonificación y la elaboración de una matriz de relaciones. Estos elementos fueron fundamentales para desarrollar los planos del módulo de vivienda que emplea botellas, neumáticos y latas, garantizando así un enfoque sostenible y amigable con el entorno.
