Condiciones de trabajo y satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia de un hospital público Huánuco-2023

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las condiciones de trabajo y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital público Huánuco -2023. Metodología. Es una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo de nivel relacional prospectivo y diseño correlacional analítico, transeccional. La población conformada por 30 enfermeros del área de emergencias y la muestra fue población muestral. El instrumento usado para la recolección de datos fue un cuestionario de los datos generales, cuestionario de medición de las condiciones de trabajo y el cuestionario sobre la satisfacción, previamente validados mediante juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach. Resultados. Respecto a las características sociodemográficas de los profesionales de enfermería, se encontró que más de la mitad son del sexo femenino en un 73,3 % (22); el 53,3 % (16) tenían entre 25 a 35 y el 40 % (12) eran enfermeras especialistas. En cuanto a las condiciones de trabajo, se obtuvo que el 45,7 % (14) en un nivel bueno y el 40 % (12) en un nivel regular y respecto a la satisfacción se obtuvo que el 60 % (18) tuvo un nivel alto y el 36,7 (10) un nivel medio. Conclusión. Existe elación positiva entre las condiciones de trabajo y la satisfacción laboral alta del profesional de enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital público Huánuco -2023.
