Situación productiva y reproductiva de la ganadería bovina en el Valle de Huánuco – 2023
Abstract
El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la situación productiva y reproductiva de la ganaderia bovina en el valle de Huánuco, con base a los registros ambispectivos. El trabajo se realizó durante los meses de enero del 2023 a enero del año 2024. Se analizaron 32 registros de vacas de las razas Holstein, Jersey, Pardo Suizo y cruces, pertenecientes a 14 fundos. Las variables estudiadas fueron: días de lactancia (DL); Produccion total leche por campaña (PTLC); Días seca (DS); Número de servicio por concepción (NSC); Edad al primer servicio (EPS); Edad al primer parto (EPP); Intervalo entre partos (IEP); Días abiertos (DA) y Tasa de concepción (TC). Se realizo el análisis estadístico con el programa SPSS, utilizando la prueba de ANOVA y para la comparación de promedios Tukey (P≤0.05). Siendo la raza Holstein predominante en los predios productivos con un 43% y la raza con menor presencia Jersey con 11%. El parámetro productivo días de lactancia y producción total de leche por campaña fue mayor en las vacas cruzadas con 318 días y 2779.40 kg por campaña; la raza Pardo Suizo posee el periodo de seca y edad al primer servicio más amplio con 111 días y 33 meses; los parámetros, Número de servicio por concepción y el intervalo entre partos fue mayor en la raza Holstein con 1.9 Servicios y 501.87 días (IEP). La raza Jersey posee un total de 169.37 días abiertos y el mejor promedio de tasa de concepción de 87.87 por ciento.
