Factores psicológicos asociados a preeclampsia en puérperas del servicio de ginecología del Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizán Medrano- Huánuco durante el período de julio - noviembre del 2015

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo: Establecer la relación que existe entre el estrés, la ansiedad y la depresión con la preclamsia en puérperas del servicio de Ginecología del Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizán Medrano- Huánuco durante el período de julio-noviembre del 2015. Método: Se realizó un estudio observacional, retrospectivo de casos y controles en puérperas del servicio de Ginecología del HRHVM durante el periodo de julio a noviembre del 2015. Participaron en el estudio 120 puérperas, 40 de ellas casos y 80 controles. Se empleó el programa SPSS para el procesamiento de datos. Se estableció asociación estadística (p<0.05). Se han obtenido los siguientes resultados: La edad promedio de las puérperas fue 32.4, el grupo etario en el que hubo más pacientes fue el de 19 años. Con respecto a las características clínicas, de las 40 pacientes preeclámpticas incluidas en el estudio, el 23% tenían preeclampsia leve (28 pacientes), el 10% tenía preeclampsia severa (12 pacientes). El análisis bivariado, mediante chi cuadrado de Mantel Haenzel demuestra que la proporción de puérperas con ansiedad estrés o depresión es diferente a la proporción de puérperas con preeclampsia que cursan con ansiedad, estrés y depresión, al evaluar el odds ratio encontramos que ninguna de las variables en estudio muestra asociación estadísticamente significativa con la preeclampsia. Se concluyó que:Al analizar la relación que existe entre el estrés, la ansiedad y la depresión con la preeclampsia en las puérperas del servicio de Ginecología del Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizán Medrano no encontramos asociación estadísticamente significativa, vimos que la presencia de estos factores no significaba riesgo para la aparición de preeclampsia.
