Desarrollo profesional y actitud docente hacia la enseñanza de la matemática en educación primaria, provincia de Pachitea, Huánuco 2014
Abstract
OBJETIVO: Determinar el grado de relación entre el desarrollo profesional y la actitud docente hacia la enseñanza de la matemática.
MÉTODOS: Se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo correlacional con 77 profesores de Educación Primaria de la Provincia de Pachitea, Huánuco durante el periodo 2014. En la recolección de los datos se utilizaron cuestionarios y una ficha de análisis documental. Para el análisis inferencial de los resultados se utilizó pruebas de correlación.
RESULTADOS: El 79,2% (61 profesores) se encontraban con desarrollo profesional bajo y sin embargo, el 88,3% (68 profesores) tuvieron una actitud positiva hacia la enseñanza de la matemática. Por otro lado, se encontró relación significativa entre el desarrollo laboral y la actitud docente hacia la enseñanza de la matemática en general (r=0,48; p=0,000) como en las dimensiones cognitiva (r=0,54; p=0,000), conativa (r=0,42; p=0,000) y afectiva (r=0,23; p=0,040).
CONCLUSIONES: Existe relación entre el desarrollo laboral y la actitud docente hacia la enseñanza de la matemática en los profesores de Educación Primaria.
