Desempeño pedagógico docente y los niveles de aprendizaje de los estudiantes del área de Historia, Geografía y Economía del 2° grado de secundaria de la G.U.E. "Leoncio Prado"

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el desempeño pedagógico docente y los niveles de aprendizaje de los estudiantes del área de Historia, Geografía y Economía del 2° Grado de Secundaria de la G.U.E. "Leoncio Prado", Huánuco 2014. El tipo de nuestra investigación fue correlacional, con un diseño no experimental de carácter descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 20 estudiantes del segundo grado de secundaria y 20 docentes del área de Historia, Geografía y Economía, los cuales fueron obtenidos mediante la muestra no probabilística por conveniencia. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se aplicó un cuestionario de 26 ítems para medir el nivel de desempeño docente en el aula por los profesores del área de Historia, Geografía y Economía y la revisión de los registros de evaluación de los docentes para medir los niveles de aprendizaje alcanzados por los alumnos. Los resultados que se obtuvieron indican que el nivel de desempeño docente se encuentra en el nivel Regular equivalente al 70% (Cuadro N°3 y Gráfico N°1 ); mientras que el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes es Regular equivalente al 50% {Cuadro Nos y Gráfico No3). Las conclusiones a las que se llegó fue que el nivel de desempeño pedagógico docente en el aula tiene una relación positiva con el nivel de aprendizaje de los alumnos del segundo grado de educación secundaria; es decir, existe una relación significativa de acuerdo a los niveles de correlación de Pearson de 0.806, lo cual indica que la relación entre las dos variables es alta y positiva.
