Abstract
La investigación realizada denominada: Complicaciones obstétricas en pacientes atendidas de parto vaginal con antecedente de cesárea previa, realizada en el Hospital Amazónico de Yarinacocha, durante el año 2015; con el objetivo de determinar las complicaciones presentadas durante el parto, específicamente identificar las características maternas, conocer los factores obstétricos, conocer las indicaciones de la cesárea previa; la metodología utilizada fue con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental: descriptivo, nivel descriptivo, tipo transversal, retrospectivo y bivariado, muestra 40 gestantes, instrumento utilizado ficha de recolección de datos; los resultados obtenidos con mayor porcentaje fueron: 1. Edad entre 20 a 35 años 70%; procedentes de Yarinacocha 55%; católicas 70%; con estudios secundarios 75%. Los factores obstétricos que predominaron fueron: periodo intergenésico adecuado 52%; control pre natal reenfocada 50%; edad gestacional a término 90%; altura uterina normal 73% ponderado fetal normo peso 77%; diagnóstico hospitalario de ingreso trabajo de parto en fase activa 94%. 3. Las indicaciones confirmadas de la cesárea previa con mayor frecuencia fueron: indicaciones anatómicas desproporción feto pelviana (20%); indicaciones funcionales enfermedad hipertensiva del embarazo (18%); indicaciones de posición distocias de presentación 35%. Las complicaciones obstétricas en el parto fueron: acretismo placentario 12%, seguido de enfermedad hipertensiva del embarazo y desgarro cervical 5%; y las complicaciones en el puerperio fueron: atonía uterina 8%. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis utilizamos la prueba de Chi2, donde es aceptada la hipótesis nula, dando como conclusión que No existen complicaciones obstétricas, en pacientes atendidas de parto vaginal con antecedente de cesárea previa.
