Relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud en la prevención de desastres naturales en los pobladores de las Brisas del Huallaga - Tingo Maria - Huánuco 2017

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud en la prevención de desastres naturales en pobladores de Brisas del Huallaga de Tingo María, Leoncio Prado, Huánuco 2017. Tipo y Diseño: Fue prospectivo, descriptivo, transversal y con diseño descriptivo correlacional. Técnicas y Métodos: La técnica empleada fue la encuesta, en una muestra 50 ciudadanos mayores de edad, de ambos sexos, bajo los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario de conocimientos sobre prevención de desastres naturales y el cuestionario sobre la actitud del poblador sobre Desastres Naturales. En el análisis descriptivo se utilizaron estadísticas de tendencia central y de dispersión, así como el análisis inferencial. Resultados: En cuanto al Nivel de conocimiento global de los ciudadanos de Brisas del Huallaga, se encontró que el 69% (34 pobladores) no conocen y el 31% (16 pobladores) si conocen sobre prevención de desastres. Respecto a la actitud global sobre desastres naturales de los ciudadanos de la localidad de Brisas del Huallaga, se encontró que el 65,0% (33 pobladores) tuvieron una actitud negativa sobre los desastres naturales que afectarían a su localidad y el 35,0% (17 pobladores) tuvieron una actitud positiva sobre los desastres naturales que afectarían a su localidad. Respecto a correlación de variables se obtuvo un p=0,000, siendo p≤ 0.05. Conclusiones: existe una relación significativa entre las variables conocimiento y la actitud, lo que también significa que se RECHAZA la hipótesis nula (Ho) y se ACEPTA la Hipótesis de investigación.
