Factores maternos asociados a ruptura prematura de membranas en embarazo pretérmino en el Hospital Amazónico, Pucallpa. período enero a junio 2019
Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo “determinar los factores maternos asociados a la ruptura prematura de membranas en embarazos pre términos en el Hospital Amazónico en el año 2019”. Sobre metodología, fue un estudio descriptivo-correlacional, retrospectivo y de corte transversal, el diseño corresponde al no experimental y correlacional, la población lo conformo 129 gestantes con embarazo pretérmino, la muestra fue de 108 gestantes: 27 gestantes con rotura prematura de membranas que son los casos y 81 gestantes sin rotura prematura de membranas que son los controles, se empleó el muestreo no probabilístico intencionado para los casos y el probabilístico aleatorio simple para los controles, se manejó como instrumento la ficha de recolección de datos, utilizándose la prueba de Chi Cuadrado para la estadística inferencial. Los resultados encontrados son los siguientes: el 50% de gestantes son de 20 a 34 años, el 13.9% tuvo RPM y el 36.1% no tuvo RPM, el 50% de gestantes con estudios de secundaria, el 13% desencadeno en RPM y el 37% no desencadeno en RPM, del 25% de gestantes multiparidad el 15.7% tuvo RPM y el 9.3% no tuvo RPM, además el 27.7% de madres con vaginosis 14.8%, presentaron RPM y el 12.9% no. Del 13.9% de madres con ITV, 7.4% presento RPM y el 6.5% no presento RPM, del 2.5% de madres con anemia el 17.6 presento RPM y el 7.4% no. Por lo tanto, se concluye que los factores maternos como multiparidad (valor p=0,03), OR:3,1,23, la vaginosis materna (valor p=0,002) y OR [6,688], ITU (valor P= 0,001) y un OR: [3,290] y la anemia (valor p=0,004) y OR: [5,672] muestran asociación significativa con la rotura prematura de membranas en embarazos pretérmino del Hospital Amazónico de Pucallpa en el período enero a junio 2019.
