Análisis y propuesta de la optimización del sistema de transporte estudiantil de la UNHEVAL - 2014

La presente investigación tuvo como estudio analizar y proponer la optimización del sistema de transporte estudiantil, servicio que brinda la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán a la población estudiantil; para determinar el estado del servicio de la unidad de transportes, se aplicó una encuesta a una muestra de 385 alumnos de forma aleatoria, se realizó el estudio de campo in situ para la verificación de los horarios y rutas que realiza actualmente el servicio también se realizó la encuesta abordo en el trayecto del servicio; así mismo, se entrevistó a los responsables de la unidad de transporte proporcionándonos la información necesaria para el análisis y estudio pudiendo observar que los buses transitan con poca cantidad de alumnos a determinadas horas, también se determinó a través del instrumento (encuesta) aplicado, la insatisfacción de los usuarios, los cuales consideran que los buses no tienen una ruta y horarios adecuado, no ajustándose a sus necesidades, obteniendo de un total de 9383 alumnos solo el 20 % hacen uso del servicio de transporte universitario, por lo que se determinó y elaboró en base a los resultados de la encuesta y a las teorías, normas ordenanzas y reglamentos del sistema de transporte público se determina la propuesta de la optimización de las nuevas rutas y horarios para ello se realizó el diseño de tres nuevas rutas; ruta "A"(UNHEVAL- Pillco Marca), ruta B (UNHEVAL- Huánuco), y ruta C ( UNHEVAL- Amarilis - Huánuco), la determinación de nuevos horarios de salida y llegada, paraderos y/o paradas para cada recorrido del bus de acuerdo a la sectorización de la demanda poblacional y por último la determinación de los costos fijos y variables para la nueva propuesta, logrando así cubrir una población de 81.23% de toda la masa poblacional.
